Q: NORTHLAND AUTOMOTIVE RETURN POLICY
Under no circumstance will a credit be issued at the time of collecting the product on the Northland Automotive Returns Good Authorization (RGA). All products must be returned to Northland Automotive, and inspected before a Credit Memo is issued to the account. No returns will be allowed on drop-ships, add to stocks, special orders, discontinued items, or painted products. Pay particularly close attention to order details at the time of delivery to ensure an accurate shipment. Follow instructions and warnings on packaging. Pay attention to the label on the box before opening ensuring it matches the vehicle you are fitting. Opened boxes are not encouraged to be returned – you will be responsible for repackaging it to the same standard it was received. Poorly repackaged products are highly likely to be damaged during the return and thus credit denied. ***Customers are reminded to unpack, dry fit and examine all parts before installation.*** Northland Automotive RGA Conditions: Good Returns: The Item has been purchased from Northland Automotive within the past 90 days and the original invoice number is provided. Defective Returns: The item has not exceeded Manufacturer warranty period. The Northland RGA Form is accurately submitted and approved by the Northland Automotive Return Department. Full explanation is disclosed for the return(s) / prospective warranty problem. The return(s) matches the part and description given on the RGA. Northland Automotive reserves the right to refuse credit per, but not limited to, the following conditions: The Item is returned for a non-warrantable reason. The Item is not as described on the RGA. The Manufacturer requires that you deal directly with them regarding defective items. The Manufacturer's Warranty policy takes precedent on issuing of credits. Credit then will be issued upon the Manufacturer’s approval and will include applicable return shipping charges. No credit will be issued for labor expenses incurred. Other Manufacturer related fees may apply. Restocking Fees: A 10% - 30% handling / restock fee will be deducted from the original purchase price if your product(s) are not returned in it's original packaging, if packaging or product(s) are damaged or missing parts, If Item(s) are not in salable condition. Returns may also be denied and product(s) will be returned to the purchaser.
Q: BILLING ADDRESS INFORMATION IS INCONSISTENT WITH WHAT IS ON THE CREDIT CARD RECORD
To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we will call, email or use other ways to verify that the credit card holder authorized the purchase. The billing address MUST MATCH the records at the card issuing bank or we will not accept the order.
